1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shieshop Supplies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Payment is required at checkout. We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

4. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order receipt. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
